If I could just afford to blast off to Tucson for the lulz, this Nash is more my speed:

(Would look like this restored)
Or this one:

I do like the narrow-headlight Nashes, I just like the mustache Nashes and the late 40s fastbacks
more.

I want to hand this over to Icon. And just see what art they make with it.

These are cool cars. I’ve always liked the Rambler Rebel, an early muscle car in a way:
It also has one of the best nameplate fonts, reminding me of something from a classic guitar or old amp etc:

No doubt the 40s Nash models were prettier but for oddities sack I’m not sure it gets much oddier than the one listed above

That is an excellent nameplate. One of the best I’ve ever seen

The weirdest “clean” look is the ‘55, before they made the side lights bigger. ‘57 was the last year of the three with wacky lights in the grill for the full size, which is weird because they only did it with the fullsize the year *after* they dropped the Nash-Healey, which started that nonsense in ‘52...
Anyway, the ‘57 dressed up the lights-in-grill weirdness but made it too complicated.
Fun note I ran into the other day - did you know that the ‘58/’60 Lincolns were originally designed to offer air suspension from the factory? That would explain why the ‘59 and the ‘58 have coils all around and why the front shock is clear of the spring and the saddles are designed the way they are. Makes a conversion easy...

I do remember reading Lincoln wanted air suspension all around but I can’t remember why they decided against it...
